We accept all credit cards, debit cards, checks, money order and cash.  The most convenient method is to pay by credit card, bank card, or check and then sign up for auto-payments.  Auto-payments will be deducted on the first of the month.

Yes.  A $40 deposit is required.  This is refundable and will be returned to you in the form of a check once you have called to cancel your unit.  The unit must be swept and undamaged in order to receive your deposit.

Yes.  We do not provide a lock.  You can purchase a standard padlock at Menards or Home Depot.

We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.

We offer our clients access 365 days per year with the gate hours being open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

Our 10 x 32 unit would be long enough for boat storage if you chose to rent a unit.  The door size is 9 ft wide x 7 ft high.

We currently do not have an office on site. We can process payment information over the phone and assign you your unit. If you would like, you can call and set up an appointment with the manager and they will meet you on site, show you a unit, answer any questions you may have, process payment information, and sign the lease if you would like.

What happens after I reserve online? 2018-02-03T16:08:02+00:00

Once you submit your reservation, you will be contacted by the manager within 24 hours.  At that time, you will be assigned a unit number and your information will be verified.
